Game 3: Away v. Barons, Wednesday November 3rd

Puck drop at 7:05. This will be the first away game of the season for the Whalers, and the first against Broome, who have been relatively solid so far, dropping only one game in OT.

I don't see why anybody but Niedert would be in net tonight after his performance in the first two plus plenty of time to rest in between.

As this is also the first meeting with a new team, we'll have to wait to see what, if any, storylines develop. Regardless, Danbury is still undefeated, so everybody will be gunning for them. The Aviators, coincidentally, still have not won a game.

I'm skeptical at best about paying for the game stream since I know nothing about the quality of that website, so I'm going to do my best to keep you updated on the game progress this evening through other means.

Side note: Whalers staff confirmed at the beginning of the week that Vallely fractured his arm (I was close). He will not be returning to play another game this season.

Let's Go Whalers!
